Assisted by Brian Z, they both performed satisfactorily but I greatly appreciated Brian’s willingness to overview the car and his patience with Onstar to resolve a logon issue with my existing GMC account which was time consuming but he remained patient and was committed to familiarizing us with all the car’s features despite it being very near closing time. He never rushed the process. I would have appreciated a loyalty discount from the dealership especially since this is my 3rd Yukon and previously owned 2 Acadias. Cavender should appreciate that since I could have purchased anywhere but chose a dealership close to home. There’s something to be said about loyalty and it should be rewarded even if minimally!
