Under promise, over deliver. I kinda needed a part installed before a trip and I waited until the last minute. They told me 2 days for the part, it was there the next morning. I called service to schedule the installation and when they asked when I’d like to schedule that I jokingly said today...? Lol. I was able to get an appointment within the hour, and they were swamped, but my car was done in less time than promised. Awesome! More

Less than satisfied Purchased my Silverado from the Park Meadows location. Unfortunately Before taking delivery of my new truck someone from the dealership hit a parking Purchased my Silverado from the Park Meadows location. Unfortunately Before taking delivery of my new truck someone from the dealership hit a parking pylon the day of delivery on the drivers side. Almost did not purchase the vehicle but decided because of the reassurance from the sales manager that it would be taken care of correctly. So I took the vehicle in for repair and service. They brought my truck to this location for the body work. When I received the vehicle back the bed cover was not reinstalled correctly. It’s was obvious some did not take the time to do it right. Had to reinstall it myself. Also found hardware from the rear wheel well liner not right and one bolt was almost falling out. Would not recommend this dealership for body work. More
