I spend a lot of money at this dealership and I really like Shawn. He's a low key guy who is down to earth and pretty straightforward. And the work performed was solid. Numerous calls unreturned and deadlines missed. Everybody has a busy life and you can plan around most curveballs, but when the car goes into the shop and it's a black hole of silence, that just doesn't work. I'd avoid them for service if you're able. More
