Worst experience ever!!! When I asked manager if the interior of the car he found had the color I want. His exact words were “ interior color should be secondary“. Then the loan application was done under the wrong person. I told them we had to leave because I was having a cesarion the next day. we told them we would sign paperwork later. We already gave them our down payment. They said if we stayed to sign the paperwork they would deliver the car to us. Two days later and no call from them. My fiancé had to leave the hospital to go pick up the car. Employees were negative and said they would have bought another car. More

Radiator replacement I took my car into the dealership not knowing what kind of fluid was leaking from my car. I was told that it was radiator coolant and that it was a da I took my car into the dealership not knowing what kind of fluid was leaking from my car. I was told that it was radiator coolant and that it was a danger to drive. There were several other things that needed repair as well. Ray, the Service Advisor worked with me on getting the work done that was the most urgent at the time and told me that since the other issues did not pose any safety concerns, it would be okay to get the remainder of the work done little by little so as not to hit my budget so hard.
