Jamal and Max were great! I was very pleased with how my deal was handled. Jamal was very easy to work with and eager to please. Not what I expected Our sales person Brody was very professional , attentive and patient ( we were there for a long time). I was unable to take my vehicle home that day b Our sales person Brody was very professional , attentive and patient ( we were there for a long time). I was unable to take my vehicle home that day because it needed to go through inspection as it had just arrived. I was ok with that and agreed to pick up the next day. Brody was not going to be present which I knew but he made sure to leave me his contact info, which I appreciated. To make a long story short , I purchased the car on a Sunday afternoon and when I finally picked it up on Tuesday, it had no gas, had not been cleaned detailed properly ( there was glue gunk on the rims, the driver door interior was dirty, windows had not been cleaned properly.. not “pick up ready. The sales manager Max who first handed us the keys took a few minutes to show us the car, but then said he was busy and would get another salesperson. I appreciate his honesty but I did not really care for the treatment. We had just bought a car and I felt like I was an inconvenience.. the salesperson who came to help next (Westley) was more helpful, he was the one who noticed the car had no gas which he took care of and then took it to detail to get it cleaned up. He was gone for a while, when he cane back with the car, the rims were better but the car was still not clean. Windows were dirty as well as the lower part of the vehicle .. we were very upset. He apologized and was empathetic to our concerns. He offered to send it back but we just could not wait longer, we had already been there almost 2 hrs. We asked for the detail manager, which he never got for us, instead offered us a complimentary detail for the future. Now I have to take time out of my day to drop off and pick up the vehicle to get a detail job done that should have been done prior to us picking up car !! Have not taken the car in for the complimentary detail job, plan to soon. I hope I have no issues since it’s been about 2 weeks since I drove away with the car. I am not thrilled about the overall experience to be honest which is why my score is good.. my first Jeep purchase was not an excellent one! I am disappointed ?? More

Steve and Luigi are awesome! This was my third time coming to the dealership for the same exact issues. I spoke to the service manager that directed me to Steve. Steve assured me This was my third time coming to the dealership for the same exact issues. I spoke to the service manager that directed me to Steve. Steve assured me that he would take care of me and make sure my car got fixed properly this time. He introduced me to Luigi, the head mechanic, and he also assured me he would take care of the problem. They gave me a rental car for 5 days and my car is all good! Everything is fixed. Very happy with the service Steve and Luigi provided!!! More
