Not easy but it worked out at the end After many trips and an experience which initially turned into a total disaster I was able to finally buy the truck I was looking for. This dealership After many trips and an experience which initially turned into a total disaster I was able to finally buy the truck I was looking for. This dealership struggles hardl with inventory management. Even when the website says they have something in the lot, there is no guarantee they do and it could take hours waking through the lot with a sales rep before you figure out. A day after my second visit to the dealership a finance manager called me to my cel phone at home and said they finally had the truck and he promissed to keep the keys with him and asked me to just come back to sign the documents. However when I got there 2 hours later he made me wait for 45 minutes to finally come out and tell me they vehicle had sold to another store and was no longer available. It took an extra 2 visit to get another truck in and even then i wasn’t able to take it home until the day after I signed the contract. In the bright side I love my new truck. More

Used Cars Bought a used car just under a week ago, realized the back window was broken and ripping from the soft top lining. Brought it in, and they couldn’t do anything to fix the damages. Car wasn’t serviced (oil change etc) and fog light was out. If you’re buying used from this dealership, make sure you check everything before purchasing, because they obviously don’t. More
