Very poor service and I have more problems with my truck now Tire pressure was off between 15-20 psi when I got my truck back and the service person said they checked everything. My stereo and Bluetooth doesn’t work and it worked when I dropped my truck off, then I took my girlfriends suv in for service and told the service person to do an oil change and when I picked it up they said they didn’t have time to do it and the tire pressure was off after the service person said they went through everything a 99 point inspection. They didn't know how to repair my truck. They couldn't figure out why it sways back and forth then they replaced practically my whole front suspension with parts that where unpainted metal. T They couldn't figure out why it sways back and forth then they replaced practically my whole front suspension with parts that where unpainted metal. This took them 10 days. Then the brand new general manager lied to me and told me that he was going to have an engineer from Chrysler to inspect it. This is still a problem. Never buy again! More

Attention to detail lacking Oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter change and alignment check. Alignment check was not performed because “there is a transmission in the bay” so I Oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter change and alignment check. Alignment check was not performed because “there is a transmission in the bay” so I am scheduled to come back at a later date. Tire pressures after rotation were wildly different, over 20psi difference between the six tires ranging from 75psi to 95psi. My truck was not cleaned up after the oil change, with oil dripping off of the frame and skid plates. More
