I will never ever patronize Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram EVER!!!! I took my Durango in for engine repairs. When I retrieved my vehicle there was a noise emitting from my AC unit that wasn’t there before I took it for I took my Durango in for engine repairs. When I retrieved my vehicle there was a noise emitting from my AC unit that wasn’t there before I took it for engine repairs. Of course, when I took my car back for this sudden issue, I was told it was an “electrical issue” that could happen anytime. How ironic? I already dropped nearly $2k for engine repairs and conveniently, my AC “suddenly” has an issue. I’m nearly done paying for this car and all of this begins to happen. I will never patronize Chrysler Dodge ever again! More

The Shoe Shinner Man Getting my truck service at your location I experience a very rude man in the driving lounge while waiting on my truck to be service. On a negative note I have to say after buying three vehicles at this dealership I was very disappointed when I was told by Chad there was no car there I could afford without even looking at any vehicle or doing the math; on top of all very frustrated with the fact that the dodge vehicles I bought didn’t hold their value: Avenger was discontinued charger can be leased for cheap and the most hurtful same thing with the Challenger a car I thought it was amazing and exclusive just became another popular affordable hot ride. In regards to the GAP omg not a good review either Jamie barely looked or talked to me just pointed out on a stick note the number I should call so I called while in his office and the Chrysler representative told him to send my email so she would send me the form to complete; that was it rude but all smiles when selling you a car or two or theee Anyways the form is confusing I’m still waiting on the representative’s final email with the completed form...
