Phase 2 delivering the car As a CPO car I was expecting to have a brand new car with some milage, at least someone to check the car before handing it over to us 1- even that we ask the car to be cleaned, it take them 2 times to clean the car(not a big deal) 2- the cooling fluid was almost empty, the windshield fluid was empty. 3- the battery for the auto start/stop need to be replaced. 4- the car battery needs to be replaced 5- the fob battery needs to be replaced 6- one of the tires has a big cut Phase 3 maintenance Actually Richard helped me to address most of the car issues except the fob battery and the tire - the car still under 36k - but it takes me 3 trips to the dealership after buying the car More
