I spoke to Jacob, the Service Manager. He asks that when you come in for your appointment he wishes to speak to personally regarding the situation. When you arrive please let the greeters know that you are needing to see him first before an advisor to get everything resolved.

I got an appointment at 9 tomorrow morning and hopefully they can put the parts on.It is a crying shame that I spent over 75,000 and have to wait 5 weeks.First purchase with ur company but I have to say Napelton would have not taking that long and would have kept me up to date on the status of the parts The parts are there but I had to call and check on them myself.Last truck I will ever buy from you people.Thanks
