I started off with a sales person by the name of Frank and he seemed to be a cool guy up until we went to talk numbers. He went to get my appraisal and came back saying that they were going to offer me $2 and he seemed to be a cool guy up until we went to talk numbers. He went to get my appraisal and came back saying that they were going to offer me $200 dollars over the dealerships low end of the appraisal range. When I asked him why he told me “ to be honest with you your car isn’t even worth that much”. I felt like it was a slap in the face and that the company doesn’t want my business so I told him ok give me my keys and I will go. Then he comes back telling me a much lower price and wanting to push the deal. I told him no that we are leaving because of his comment. I told him I have a mechanical background and that the car runs better now than it did coming off the showroom floor. I went home and cooled off then called the sales manager John and he brought me back in. John changed things around and I ended up leaving with the vehicle I really wants. More
