Unfortunately I have been disappointed with the service department for over 40,000 miles or since I’ve purchased my vehicle. It’s been 3 years with a number of issues that haven’t been resolved. This ser department for over 40,000 miles or since I’ve purchased my vehicle. It’s been 3 years with a number of issues that haven’t been resolved. This service department waited until my factory warranty ran out and then tried to fix the issues under the extended warranty, which had a co-pay, brilliant!! It got to the point that when they tried to fix and issue, they caused damage to my vehicle. I waited weeks to get a plan of action. I had to get RAM Care involved. It took RAM care 3-4 weeks to try to resolve the issues. And to top it off, they would have to have my vehicle for 3-4 weeks. And possibly have my vehicle back in July sometime. Rant ended, Please take your business and service need elsewhere. Service depart does not communicate with and if they do it’s a text that lacks any Worth when it’s sent. I would give 0 (zero) stars but survey will not allow it. 3 years to fix issues that I brought every 5,000 miles to only get a response of “we could not duplicate these issues”. Even with video proof and multiple weeks without my vehicle. Problem never fixed !!! Even this surveys personnel below isn’t updated!!! I spend $75,000 else where and got rid of my headache. More

Great service from Keith and his team. I was in town on vacation and my tire got a flat. I unfortunately was never given the key to unlock my tires.
