The fine print says the price online may not reflect additional fees for add-ons so don’t be duped by the online price. They told me all rebates were disappearing that weekend. Weeks later they are still there. They owed me a document and said they would get it over to me, it was a simple email. A week and half later after multiple calls they still hadn’t sent it. As soon as I said I would reflect this in my survey response they sent it immediately with a sales manager named Tyler condescendingly texting me “I just sent it boss.” They only cared about the survey responses not the customer. I was promised a bed liner in the truck I bought as it was already set to be installed, this was to take two days it took over a week. However as part of this I was promised a loaner vehicle to drive to work while the bed liner was being installed. When I showed up there was no loaner at all. The service advisor was great and called me an Uber but still another unmet promise. As a result of the experience I went with my girlfriend to buy a car the following weekend at Sport Mazda and had a much much better experience overall, no hidden fees, they gave a loyalty bonus, and treated us much better than Central Florida CDJR. More
