This is the best run dealership I have encountered. The sales team is knowledgeable, responsive, and somehow balance the directive of getting a deal done without applying too much pressure. The car vibrate and shake at speed of 5-1 If there is zero star I would rate it zero. I had to go two times by appointment to get the car checked. The car vibrate and shake at speed of 5-10 miles per hour. After keeping the car for 48 hours. They send me a text saying it is tire problem and tires are 7 years old. Car is 2018 and I purchased it from the same dealer and did not change the tire elsewhere. When I picked the car I found a report with additional diagnoses about brakes and saying I declined it. Which is not true. I have all texts and I will send it to Chrysler report that dealership More
