Sam Morrison was sales associate I was dealing with a very professional knew what he was talking about he saw what I wanted we got together he was going to be off the following day I had a question the f very professional knew what he was talking about he saw what I wanted we got together he was going to be off the following day I had a question the following day got in touch with the dealership they put a young lady on apparently she was a rookie I had to help her answer some of the questions she was going to ask me so she would understand what she was talking about then they pass me over to the digital person she seem like she was in a big hurry to get off the line so I told her if she was let me know and I’d let her go so she said well what are you gonna offer I told her offer she came back and said no we got to have this I said to high so she hung up not very good sales person anyway Sam called me the next day we put together the package I was happy he was happy dealership was happy and he delivered the car to me in Jacksonville that Saturday afternoon. My only problem which I’m sure you have not heard before I paid too much for the car but I’m happy that’s the main thing I would send my friends to the dealership provide and they can tell it was Sam thank you much More

I called and asked if they had a blower motor for my vehicle. They said yes. I brought it in and then was told I need to come back because they need to order the part. I scheduled an appointment and bro vehicle. They said yes. I brought it in and then was told I need to come back because they need to order the part. I scheduled an appointment and brought the vehicle back in and then came back the next day to find out they had not even begun working on the truck. I had to bring it back in a 3rd time as a result of needing the truck for a job. So I brought it back 2 days later, left it for repair over the weekend. Had an employee pick it up and they charged over $1600 without telling me anything about how much the repair would be. This service department is unprofessional and seem to not be very honest. More
