Through friendly negotiations and ability for each party to accept and understand each other’s concerns a final price was accepted for the new Chrysler 300. Adil Bellbachir was an excellent salesperson. He did not try to press us, which made the experience enjoyable and educational. Went to service with multiple times with same issue. I was bounced back between financial dept and service department due to they couldn’t find my extended warranty document. I ended up calling each depar was bounced back between financial dept and service department due to they couldn’t find my extended warranty document. I ended up calling each department including external warranty company to put them in a same page. Otherwise it seems nobody wants to work on any extra things (even though it s their fault and I paid extra money) 1st visit: my vehicle stayed there 2 days due to they were waiting answer from my insurance to clear out things. 2nd visit (same reason): I was told that there s no record shows my extended insurance warranty exist. It means the first visit I was told for waiting warranty was a lie because there was no extended warranty entered on the system. Then they changed the statement and said first visit done by crysler goodwill. 2 visit: I got text message to come pick up my vehicle tomorrow end of the shift. i left early from work and prepared my family (2toodlers) to go there to pick it up. And I wanted to give them a call/text for any case before I leave. And I was told that vehicle is gonna be ready next day. Such a waste of time. Long story short. If you don’t follow up, nobody would give you any update such as they couldn’t find any extended warranty in the system or they wouldn’t contact w any other dept to clear out. I was clearly told that (after following up) they couldn’t find any extended warranty in the system even thou I showed them my Documents. They said I needed to go to finance dept to clear it out. Isn’t it your next door and your job since you got my money and mistake happened on your side. Such a waste of time and hustle for a simple fix. No rental car was offered, no courtesy car was offered. So disappointed to hear their constant lies and acted like I believed them because I just wanted to get out there and not hear their bullxxxx anymore. More
