Brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation, thought it was rediculous I had to wait four hours for this service ! I guess the automated text they send, to keep you in the know about how long or how much longer the service will take , is just make it look like they care as I received no response to the two separate text I sent to service advisor. I will only being car back for next oil change since it's complimentary otherwise I will bring to another jeep dealership . More
