I am very disappointed in the service I received. We signed the contract and everything was good to go, I left with the vehicle and got a call a few weeks after saying I needed to sign a new contract be signed the contract and everything was good to go, I left with the vehicle and got a call a few weeks after saying I needed to sign a new contract because somehow the pay off on my trade in was wrong, I was busy and not able to make it in for a few days well when I received another call about coming to sign the contract I was told it would just be a few a few moments and I would be on my way, so I went to the dealership and then the guy decided to tell me that they have to switch vehicles and that the one I originally signed the contract for I could no longer have. Three hours later, I decided to tell them to just give me my trade in truck back and I plan to get my lawyer to look at the contract because me and the finance manager both signed the contract and they took the truck back. Also when I received my old trade in truck back, they removed the lug locks and replaced them with regular lugs. I messaged the person I was dealing with thru this process and I asked him if I could come in and get my locking lugs back and I have not heard a response from him. More

You have a beautiful dealership the grounds and building the nicest I’ve ever visited! The vendor you have doing the insurance business stressed us out! We believe that without the closer, Jeff I would still be driving a Nissan it wasn’t his job to to follow us out the door and and make sure the i’s were dotted and t’s crossed before we left the dealership, had it not been for his follow up this survey would have been a lot worst!
