We had a good experience with the staff, the typical sales pitches are annoying and the add-ons at signing (that we weren’t expecting) didn’t settle well with me. It’s a little misleading when sales reps hype up offers such as “we offer $1000 for financing and $1000 MORE for trade-in” etc... Failing to mention it was already included in the price and the new “family advantage” program.... never mentioned it cost $3,000 and it’s “standard” with all vehicles...It should be optional! So, you’re already another minimum of 4000 on top of the vehicle. I personally did not feel like that was fair and I’m sure they would feel the same way if purchasing a vehicle. Maybe that’s what dealers do now and that’s why they have a bad rep. However, overall the people are friendly! More

Very friendly crew. Rodney was amazing and was excited to have me bring the truck in. He and I bonded about our trucks (he has a similar model, but I bet his is slower), and I felt good with leaving it w to have me bring the truck in. He and I bonded about our trucks (he has a similar model, but I bet his is slower), and I felt good with leaving it with him. I even had him drive me around the block so I could listen for any sounds the truck made, but everything was fixed, and there wasn't a sound, other than the spooling of the turbo and the growl of the diesel engine. He stayed in touch with me through the whole process, and I didn't mind having the mechanics suggest some extra fixes. I usually do the work myself when I can, so it was nice to trust the staff with my pride and joy. I know they treated my truck like their own. I feel good about the long drive across country because the work done comes with a 2 year warranty, which offsets the cost of a diesel mechanic (in my opinion). Thanks for taking care of me More
