I have mixed emotions about my visit. Originally I spoke with Jason. I did the credit application online to save time. He never called me back. A week in a half later he calls as if I’m a new prospect. I tell him I already did an app and was waiting on a call back. He then urges me to come in that evening. I did. When I got there he was gone. I then worked with Layssia. No complaints there. She was friendly and fast! I appreciate that. The only annoying part is when I was scheduled to pick up the car(paperwork was done days prior) I still had to wait literally 2 hours just for the car to be cleaned. This should have been done already them knowing the date of delivery. Additionally the gave me the truck on E. No gas in it. Very low grade after i just put $4K down on a car the last thing I wanted to hear was that the dealership doesn’t gas up used cars. That ruined my experience and left me feeling very negative. More

Very up set over deal misled me after agreeing on deal and changing it in finance office and changing me 899.00 for front left and right windows, and charging me 2999.00 for family package and not doing s and changing it in finance office and changing me 899.00 for front left and right windows, and charging me 2999.00 for family package and not doing several things on it, sales person just looked at me like he done nothing wrong,knowing wrong, did,, fill like calling Chrysler Corp. And showing what they did have what we agreeded to then left them pulled credit, telling them nothing will change right, salesperson said owed my sales manager, went up on payments and months, later changed amount but cost more, wasn't happy, said I had 3day to change mine bring back, told them wife wanted to see, after she saw 899.00 for 2 windows tinted she said H no, so brought unit back tried to tell them to honor first price, again never would have let them pull credit if this was going to happen, not saying all deals are bad here, but was done several years ago here again selling me a truck that had damage on fender side said it was 400 dollars, found out unit was in a side to side head on 35mph. Heavy damage unit was repainted and never told me also logos were missing, said customer took them off, you can't always belive in car fax, units can be moved around after being fixed and changed from state to state, changing damage info, was told this is called ghosting I think, dealership couldn't fix shocking and pulling because of damage, took unit back, tried to sell me dully unit much older , didn't won't, said I would be back later, did after bought my different company, thought it would change, also my insurance company wouldn't insure it they said they will, but didn't told me to take back also, sorry for writing this but its wrong to mislead customer, period, if you can't be honest with customers don't do this kind of business,don't want to list sales person our finance person, only doing there job?
