Honestly the worst experience and I have so much remorse. The sales team was unwilling to negotiate and somehow managed to convince me to purchase a car I did not like nor could truly afford. I don’t know what came over me other than the stress of Covid isolation. The electronic papers work is terrible as it is too difficult to read. Congratulations on your finesse in selling a car. Clearly you saw I was uncomfortable yet continued to push. The interaction at your insurance desk was very strange. Again trying to sell me something I already have. In this pandemic economy you should be more sensitive to the signs exhibited by customers. I am such a fool to be taken advantage of in such a manner. More
