I had a terrible experience with Central Florida Toyota. I contacted Enrique Becerra about a 2023 Toyota Tundra and asked if it was available for a test drive. I explained I live over 45 minutes away and wo I contacted Enrique Becerra about a 2023 Toyota Tundra and asked if it was available for a test drive. I explained I live over 45 minutes away and work two jobs, so I needed to be sure before making the trip. He assured me the truck was available, and I drove down that same evening. When I arrived, I was told the truck was in the shop, hadn’t passed inspection, and wasn’t even available for sale. This was misleading, a complete waste of my time, and there was no apology or accountability from the staff. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership. More
