To whom it may concern, As a valued customer, I expected a high level of professionalism and competence, which unfortunately has not been reflected in my experience with your company I brought my c expected a high level of professionalism and competence, which unfortunately has not been reflected in my experience with your company I brought my car in for an oil change Saturday at 7:00am and sat there, until 10:00am. When they brought my car out, as I proceeded to get in my vehicle and opened the door, there was a crushing sound in my running board on the drivers side. I closed the door and it was even louder. The service guy ( Kevin) said the motor sounds like it's going out. I told him it wasn't going out before, I got here!! He asked me if I had a insurance warranty? That was ill revenant to you damaging my truck!!! I ended up taking it to my Machanic and he said that it's been hit and knocked off track. The motor is good and strong. He also showed me the small dent in the running board where it was hit. Somewhere between them taking my truck for an oil change and them taking it to get detailed, someone damaged my truck. This revelation is not only deeply concerning, but also raises serious questions about the integrity and reliability of your company practices. This overnight reflects a significant lack of attention to detail and failure to ensure the accuracy and competence of your service department, which is entirely unacceptable. Moreover the fact that this error was not reported exacerbates my concerns. This situation not only inconvenience me as a customer, but also cast doubts on your ability to effectively manage your service department it is essential for a company to make sure the customer is satisfied and not brush them off, instead of checking into the problem, particularly, when it comes to these high priced vehicles. This oversight raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of your business operations. Supporting documentation is available upon request. Rip off took my vehicle in for a diagnostic was told it was several things wrong with it electrical wise totaling over $5k for parts and labor. Took it to another dealership to get a second opinion 2 days was several things wrong with it electrical wise totaling over $5k for parts and labor. Took it to another dealership to get a second opinion 2 days later vehicles back working just like when I bought it only one thing out of everything central told me was wrong needed to be replaced cost me close to $500 total. Please get a second opinion when dealing with this dealership I should have read the reviews beforehand like another customer had told me to do. Definitely would not recommend to anyone More

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 20 years and have seen several owners/Managers...and none have been as loyal and one that got me started in your dealership...Mr. Joe Stewart! Not seen years and have seen several owners/Managers...and none have been as loyal and one that got me started in your dealership...Mr. Joe Stewart! Not seen that class, charisma and customer interface since his passing. And I miss the mechanics and sales personnel from that time...Sadly you are moving far from me soon and will miss that your dealership being so close! Note: Last visit and the last oil change issue was not resolved during last visit as I asked and that is to reset computer to new oil change date and not have the same old message pop up every time I start the car. We are in Houston for my husband’s cancer treatment, and Central Cadillac is the closest dealer. I went online at 10:50 AM and scheduled an oil change for 11:30 AM same day. I explained I needed to get to Central Cadillac is the closest dealer. I went online at 10:50 AM and scheduled an oil change for 11:30 AM same day. I explained I needed to get to the Hospital by 1:30 PM. They change my oil, put on new wiper blades, and washed it and I was out of there by 1:13 PM. Christina was knowledgeable and very helpful and polite and did everything I asked for and beyond. I was thoroughly pleased and would return there any time for any service.
