As soon as I entered the service area, I was warmly greeted by a service representative. I was made ti feel important as a customer because my attendant immediately took my key and identified my vehicl greeted by a service representative. I was asked to identify that I understood and after my document was generated, I was informed about the estimated timeline for the inspection. I was directed to the waiting room where I had the opportunity to partake of light refreshments. I met other customers who were very pleasant. Overall the 2 hour wait passed pleasantly. More
