Worst service EVER. Have our car in service for the second time for manufacture recall. The car is there for the second time because of their failure to service the car Have our car in service for the second time for manufacture recall. The car is there for the second time because of their failure to service the car correctly the first time it was brought in for recall. Car has been in the service bay for over a week. Cannot get a return phone call from service, customer service or a General Manager for an update. We have left messages numerous times with no response. Refusal to give a loaner/ rent car to a working single mother of 4 children while car is there. Jose Marquez lied and said we had to prove oil changes showing receipts required by our warranty to receive service for the recall. (Warranty has NOTHING to do with a manufacture recall) Will never buy a car from Kia again because of this experience. Customer service and communication is the worst. More
Service was excellent, Paul Gomez was extra diligent, knowledgeable, friendly, customer service oriented. Gave me good guidance and provided me with a reasonable expected time of finishing and Delia, th knowledgeable, friendly, customer service oriented. Took our new car in for what I thought was a KIA problem and was quite irate only to find out it is a “Texas rodents likes soy based wire coverings” that was causing our internal computer to light up like t and was quite irate only to find out it is a “Texas rodents likes soy based wire coverings” that was causing our internal computer to light up like the Fourth of July. Paul Gomez was awesome, he ordered the part and was in communication the whole time. It came in and was repaired early, fast, and done in a professional and clean manner. Very happy with the service that was received. If you have a KIA I would trust this shop with the repairs. More

This was the best place that I went to for my car…. I was having a bad day with my car and the manager and the service team helped me out. This is the best place to go for help with your Kia at the end of the day. The manager was so nice and helpful to me the young man who helped me with my car was so sweet and nice.
