Fast, Efficient and overall a pleasant experience. I have been in the automotive repair industry for 30 years so I’m very aware of the everyday operations that can take a turn for the worst. Best thing to do in those circumstances is to own up, tell the truth about what’s going on with the workload and employee situation and either make it happen or try to accommodate the customer at a later time. That being said, Paul Gomez made no bones about it that when I first called he told me straight up that the following week would be better. He would make it happen and that’s exactly what he did. No false promises or excuses in fact when I showed up I even offered to come back later because I have personal experience with how things work in the shop. He said “nope we’re gonna make it happen and he did” Faster than I expected but, hey that’s a bonus. Very Impressed with the overall experience and will return again. JM-Plano Would recommend with no problem with my experience and the way everything flowed. Great Job Central Kia Service dept and Paul !! More
