Everything went really well. The only issue I have is I was never notified of my replacement radio arriving. I had to call after about a month to find out if my radio was ever or The only issue I have is I was never notified of my replacement radio arriving. I had to call about 3-4 times kept getting transferred, until finally I was told my radio was in the shop and needed to call and schedule my appointment to replace the old radio. After scheduling my appointment I got another call the following week saying I needed to make my appointment after already having an appointment scheduled. Would be nice if staff confirms if an appointment has been made or not before calling. More

Eduardo was my service provider. I went in for an oil change & was concerned about a noise my car had made.
