My car buying experience with Central Kia in Plano was delightful and hassle free! I purchased my vehicle Labor Day on September 6, 2021. Upon my arrival into the dealership, the receptionist (didn’t get delightful and hassle free! I purchased my vehicle Labor Day on September 6, 2021. Upon my arrival into the dealership, the receptionist (didn’t get her name), greeted me with a warm smile and wonderful pleasantries! That was magnificent and created a welcoming environment. Daylon and Craig made it enjoyable, and they were informative throughout the process which made it non-complicated. On Friday, January 14, 2022, I had my first oil change and tire rotation done. My Service Rep Trey was equally as cordial, efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the congenial cashier working the window on Friday evening upon my late arrival at 6:10 (the service department closes at 6pm). She was marvelous and willing to assist me without hesitation in a gracious manor! That is Fantastic Customer Service and I Truly Appreciated Her! Kudos to Everyone I’ve encountered at Central Kia! Be careful. They said they rotated our tires and charged us for it but didn’t actually rotate them. Only after us catching it did they rotate them. No apology from the GM or Service Manager, not even a foll us for it but didn’t actually rotate them. Only after us catching it did they rotate them. Wrest dealership! Can’t say enough about this dealership as they go out of their way for customer service! Salesman even came to my home for my husband to sign the paperwork because he wasn’t able to go to as they go out of their way for customer service! Salesman even came to my home for my husband to sign the paperwork because he wasn’t able to go to the dealership sign the papers! The salesman went over all the options in the vehicle with me carefully more than once! When singing the paperwork, Alex was so great in explaining everything with me and so thoroughly and made sure I understand everything! He was great! Can’t say enough about this dealership! More
