Central Kia of Plano - Service Center

First time I brought the car to CKP on Tuesday Jan 5, it was about 5 pm and I know my tire pressure was low and at the same time my car needed the 30k mile care. The service advisor at the front desk said n was about 5 pm and I know my tire pressure was low and at the same time my car needed the 30k mile care. The service advisor at the front desk said no one can help me anymore and just make an appt to which I said Saturday 830 am bec I had to go to work on weekdays. I repeated that I have low tire pressure and the advisor told me to go to Discount Tire. I was a bit surprised but I left. Two days later, my low tire pressure alert went off and I did take the car to discount tire but they couldn't find the key for the lug nut and I didn't even know how it looked like or where to find it. In short I was again turned away. I drove 17 more miles with a low tire pressure to get to CKP and Paul Gomez readily assisted me but I was already upset at that time. I never got the name of the other guy who turned me away but I just thought I was stereotyped bec I am a woman who doesn't know any better. Among all your service advisors, Paul is the best and is always very cordial with me and my husband. He talks short and straight but he takes good care of us. He explains car issues in layman's terms which is very kind for me who doesn't talk car. If you ask me, I think he deserves a raise for keeping customers happy. Hopefully all the other advisors learn from him so CKP will remain the favorite KIA service center for plenty of customers. I am still leaving a 5 star rating even though I had a disappointing experience because I still have a 95% good experience with CKP. I just hope they don't disappoint me anymore. More
