Mr. Holzner, This unfortunate and embarressing EPA situation has not only caught consumers off guard, but a number of Hyundai and KIA dealerships across the country. We know that consumers rely on the window sticker to help make informed choices about the cars they buy, and we have taken the necessary steps to replace the stickers in our dealer inventories. At this time we appreciate our consumer’s patients as we work through this together. We will be doing our best to help consumers who have purchased a KIA from our store to go through the necessary process to file a request for a pre-paid gas card from KIA Motors, which will vary depending on the car’s mileage.
