Tried to reach the service department at 3:40 on Friday, no answer, left a message. Called back for the operator and was was asked for an extension and then since I didn’t have any they hung up, same thing no answer, left a message. Called the parts department and someone answered and he transferred me to the service department and someone picked up. Service techs and advisors do a great job, but the people who answer the phones and those who set up the answering system need some help. More
I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealer. Brought my car to the diagnosis of one, and they did something completely different. But, on top of that, something was stolen from the car. Have tried calling service desk multiple times and no one picks up. Have tried chat function and no one responds either. Have left voicemail for call back and have not heard back. Both of my key fobs died today and when I got to the dealership Greg Hayes was there to save the day! He was amazing, we were in and out within minutes. I didn't buy a car today but I'm going to Greg Hayes when I'm ready to upgrade my VW. More
We were stranded with a broken transmission. The service and sales staff was professional, honest and caring. They were excellent and their communication. The price we paid was very fair. Unprofessional and damaged my car Took my car in for service today. They called and said I needed two tires and by law couldn't rotate them because of it. They told me my tires were Took my car in for service today. They called and said I needed two tires and by law couldn't rotate them because of it. They told me my tires were down to 1/32 of tread. I just had them measured at a different tire store and they stated they were at 4/32 which I agreed is near replacement. After I asked for the law to be shown to me about not rotating the tires and proof that tires were down to 1/32 they called back and rotated them. The price they quoted me was more than 25% more than another tire store. I am really upset about what I noticed next. When I got home I noticed several chips where they leaned over my fender to replace the fuel filter and conduct the service. I am not happy nor do I feel this place does business honestly. I will be writing them to repair the chips in the fender but you can't fix dishonesty. I would not take my vehicle there for any reason. The people seem nice enough but the business model appears to lack transparency. In the middle of a crisis trying to scare people by giving them false information and then damaging the car to boot, they won't be in business long if people share their stories. I hope they do. More

Great Service! I went in to get an oil change. Service personnel were so helpful and kind. During my wait was shown vehicles and ended up eventually trading in my ca I went in to get an oil change. Service personnel were so helpful and kind. During my wait was shown vehicles and ended up eventually trading in my car for something brand new despite having less than perfect credit. Thats what I call quality service. Thank you! More

Jon and Sam and the other technicians were quite thorough in getting the battery charged and checking for every possible culprit and ensuring over three days that the battery was holding a charge so I would not be stranded who knows where!.
