If I could leave 0 stars that is what I would do! !!! This is the worst service experience I have ever had..... I have been in the car business for 20 years plus and have never been told if I leave my !!! This is the worst service experience I have ever had..... I have been in the car business for 20 years plus and have never been told if I leave my Jeep here, I can't pick it up until the warranty pays them!!! Meaning to me they want me to pay for all repairs and then I would have to contact the warranty company for payment. So I ask what is the $100 dollar deductible for? If I have to pay for everything upfront. This is before they even know what is wrong with my Jeep!!!! I still have a power train left from the manufacturer warranty. How do they know if there is not a recall or fix for some of my issues? I will never come back here again! I also will make sure everyone I know never come here.... I'm a very upset with the customer service I was given. More
This is my 1st Dodge ever and probably my last Ram 3500 ever... Century Dodge has had my Ram 3500 almost 1 month now waiting on a transmission.. this truck is brand new 2021 transmission making noise I ever... Century Dodge has had my Ram 3500 almost 1 month now waiting on a transmission.. this truck is brand new 2021 transmission making noise I take it in the put a new 2 and 4th gear in still makes noise they order a new transmission been waiting over 3 weeks for the stupid transmission with only 14,000 miles on it ... makes me furious that supposedly the transmission has been delivered somewhere in st louis for 2 weeks but Dodge considers this delivered at the dealership since its close ... no one gives a xxxx and this vehicle is used for work I lose 3 thousand a week that these people se no urgency to deliver I knew I should have bought a Ford or Chevy This is 100% unprofessional and 100% preventable More

Century Motors has aweomse customer service. We have been using their services for years and have purchased 2 Chrysler 300 cars and 2 Dodge Ram pickups from them over the years. The service and We have been using their services for years and have purchased 2 Chrysler 300 cars and 2 Dodge Ram pickups from them over the years. The service and follow up has always been exceptional and that is why we have stayed with them for so many years. We have referred them to several of our friends and they are as happy as we have been. Thank you to Kevin Mock and all his staff and employees for the great customer service. More
Service Dept is rude and they cant fix anything. They lie! Had to have our truck towed to Century Jeep and Chrysler due to engine not coming on. It had been to another dealer just a week prior to get recall wo Had to have our truck towed to Century Jeep and Chrysler due to engine not coming on. It had been to another dealer just a week prior to get recall work done that should have fixed the leaking coolant. Was told by Century service Dept that the engine in our 2015 Ram 3500 was blown and to have a rebuilt one it would cost us $29,000. I almost fell over! A truck 3 years old should not need a new engine. When we proceeded to talk with Ram themselves to cover this because it was just at another dealer for repairs, we were then notified that the reason for the "bad engine" was now due to lack of maintenance. Century all of a sudden found sludge in the oil so now they are claiming that lack of maintenance caused it. Um yeah, I just spent $40,000 on a truck and not going to take care of it. Century then called to say they needed us to pick up the truck because it was sitting in their bay taking up room. It had actually been sitting outside since they weren't working on it and we were waiting to hear from Ram as to whether they would fix it or not. Sent a tow truck over to pick it up and the service Dept had put the keys in it and locked it. I called the service dept to ask why and they were so rude. So, it cost me another $100 on top of the $300 towing bill because the towing company had to do extra work to get into the truck to be able to tow it. Needless to say, I will never recommend Century to anyone. They are rude, they lie and try to take advantage of people. Not quite sure how they are even still in business. More
Incompetent service department My insurance works with this place. When I lost the keys to my truck they towed it there so I could get new keys done. After I picked up the keys my check engine light came on. Service department was closed so I drove home and called them the next day. They denied all responsibility and offered to get it checked out for the usual fee. I denied since the check engine light was not on before I had the car towed. It got worse - about a month later my key did not work anymore and I had to call my insurance again and it went back to them. The service manager was rude - even so that I told them not to do anything until I got there to check out what's going on, they had already taken my truck apart so I had no choice but to pay for the installation of a new ignition switch. The way it is the key's were not done right, so the ignition switch went bad - so I paid over $1,000 for the ignition switch and the keys and I have still an issue with my check engine light that they caused to come on. I even went thru BBB and they answered them wrong. I can only recommend to stay away from this place - incompetent and rude. More
Horrific Service Department I had an absolute horrible experience with their service department. After giving them an extensive explanation on what was wrong with my car (stutter I had an absolute horrible experience with their service department. After giving them an extensive explanation on what was wrong with my car (stuttering on the highway) they somehow decided to fix an issue with a ball joint that was apparently locking up my drive train during turns, an issue I had never noticed and never told them about. Since they said the ball joint was bad, they refused a refund as it fixed an issue, even if it wasn't the one I had brought it in for, even though I heard them over the phone guaranteed me that it was a fix for the issue I had stated. I brought the car back after having the same stutter reoccur 13 times on my drive to work, and 9 times on the way back. They kept my car for over a week, never called me once with an update, and when I finally called, they said they did not have a single occurrence of the issue I stated and could not find anything wrong, but would keep testing. I picked the car up to take it elsewhere, as I do not trust them with any aspect of my vehicle, and will just take the $700 hit for the ball joint so I can make sure I get the proper service elsewhere. And also, after apparently zero occurrences of this stutter happening over a course of their week test driving, it happened 7 times on my way back from picking it up. I am absolutely disgusted by their business practices and knowledge. More
