I brought my car in for service, last year. I left the car at 7:30, for a recall, and was assured I would have my car by 2:30. I called the service department at 2:45 and got a recording saying I left the car at 7:30, for a recall, and was assured I would have my car by 2:30. I called the service department at 2:45 and got a recording saying someone would call me back. I ended up having to cancel a doctor's appointment and was called at 5:17 saying my car would not be ready due to a under performing battery. I told them to button it up and they advised pickup would be available at 6:30. I called the Service Manager, complained, and was told it neither would happen again. On 10/16/23, at 10:30, I had to leave a message with a problem I had. It is now 10/29/23 and I never heard back. I ended up receiving advice from a friend, which proved the problem. I will never purchase from, or bring my car in for service again. Suggest everyone stay away from this dealership. Lackluster service, at best! More
Excellent Quality Service, The service I received was thorough and completely explained and provide in an extremely professional manner. My Ford Taurus required a water pump replacement on the V6 Duratec thorough and completely explained and provide in an extremely professional manner. So I went to century ford in mt Airy from the time I walked into the service department i could see a big difference very professional Paul was my service writer he said they could look at my vehicle tomorrow I got a call the next day it was finished what a service department they have earned a costumer for life. It was my first time at this dealership. Nice dealership, has a lounge while waiting the car to get services with internet access and complimentary coffee. Everybody is nice and professional. Awesome Service Our AC went out on our 2014 Ford Explore and it was the holiday weekend. I called our local Ford dealer in Frederick but they couldn’t get us in until Our AC went out on our 2014 Ford Explore and it was the holiday weekend. I called our local Ford dealer in Frederick but they couldn’t get us in until the two weeks after Labor Day so I call Century Ford of Mt. Airy Md and they got us in that Tuesday. Their service people were top notch and they not only fixed my AC but got all of the recalls done also! It was a real pleasure to do business with Kurt and the staff! Thank you More
Frantic I called two other Ford dealers closer to me but neither one could “fit me in”. I was scheduled to leave for vacation when my check engine light came I called two other Ford dealers closer to me but neither one could “fit me in”. I was scheduled to leave for vacation when my check engine light came on. Only Century made time to diagnose my problem, order the part I needed and fix the problem the following day.
