When I picked my vehicle up, my touchscreen no longer worked When I brought my 2012 Ford Focus in for recall service and an oil change, my touchscreen unit worked. When I picked it up several days later, it When I brought my 2012 Ford Focus in for recall service and an oil change, my touchscreen unit worked. When I picked it up several days later, it was dead. So, no radio, no time, nothing - black screen. Dead. I was told "those things are sensitive and sometimes that happens". No offer of help, of any kind. Not even "sorry, here's a free car wash". Nothing. That is the worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. Absolutely the worst. Maybe also, someone in their service department has a side business selling used touchscreen units, and replacing them with dead ones? That probably happens sometime too... Ford contacted me for a survey and I wrote the same things I wrote here, but never heard back. So, as a whole - Ford is not doing much to gain my repeat business. Make me change my mind. More

Came thru for us in an emergency We were traveling west I70 and out Ford F-350 Super Duty diesel made popping sound and lost the majority of its power. Since we were pulling a 35 ft t We were traveling west I70 and out Ford F-350 Super Duty diesel made popping sound and lost the majority of its power. Since we were pulling a 35 ft travel trailer to Winchester, VA we needed to have the trouble diagnosed and fixed to continue our trip. We Googled the nearest Ford dealer and lucky for us it was Century Ford. We called them and explained our situation and they said to bring it in and they would take a look. We went straight to the dealership, they took our inflow, we went and had lunch, by the time we got back they had diagnosed the problem as a turbo hose problem. Within 30 minutes of the diagnosis it was fixed under warranty and we were back on the road!!! Many thanks to the service staff at Century Ford for going above and beyond to help us out!!! More

Jason was polite and professional, he managed to get me in and made the proper repairs in a timely fashion. Not being from the area, it is stressful situation to have to leave a vehicle where your not familiar. Overall outstanding treatment from the service department. More
