The hiccup was that they were so busy I would have had to wait over a week to have the problem fixed. I know it’s the holidays but if you’re SO busy you have to turn away a $1500+ piece of business, you should hire more technicians. More

Service department disappointment I purchased my car with Century Ford of Mt Airy and had all of the service performed at Century Ford. Two issues recently came up and had my car in w I purchased my car with Century Ford of Mt Airy and had all of the service performed at Century Ford. Two issues recently came up and had my car in with Century Ford service department for 3 weeks and claimed they fixed my car. Three weeks later, my car started up with the same two issues that Century Ford claimed they fixed. I returned my car for the second time and they stated "they couldn't find anything wrong with my car". I was told two different stories from the Service representative and then the Service Manager within two days. They have lost a loyal customer due to them not willing to try and work with me and fix my car but just say that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. I hope they will treat other customers with better service and courtesy then what I was given. More
