Ideal out-of-state car buying experience Short version: I was extremely nervous about buying a car off of eBay that was 1200 miles away, but they bent over backwards and guaranteed my trip Short version: I was extremely nervous about buying a car off of eBay that was 1200 miles away, but they bent over backwards and guaranteed my trip. Every staff member from the owners to the driver was extremely considerate and helpful the entire time, even when I had concerns. I would definitely buy from them again. Long-winded version: Century Motors made every attempt to satisfy my needs throughout the entire process. I purchased the car off of eBay for a great price. I had been searching for a 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero for weeks and this was an amazing price. I live in Indianapolis, so they picked me up from the airport. I left on a Saturday morning and needed to be home by Sunday evening. I had about 30 hours of time to make a 17+ hour trip starting with 4 hours of sleep, so I allowed little time for things to go wrong. I ignorantly assumed I could swipe my debit card for $10,000 to make the purchase and luckily called to ask Austin prior to their driver picking me up. David, the driver, had to take me to a PNC and wait in the car for 40 minutes while the bank reluctantly issued "the out-of-state guy" a cashier's check. They let me test drive the car for as long as I wanted. I drove around for 40+ minutes to check it out. I had a minor cosmetic issue with the car and they made every attempt to find the part to fix it. Unfortunately I had about 28 hours to make a 17 hr drive back to Indy at that point, so they accommodated that. Autsin, with the blessing from owner Frank, paid me $200 for the repair (a generous estimate) after taking an initial amount off the Buy-It-Now price in sympathy for my long trip. 3 hours after leaving, my check engine light came on. I called Austin, he offered to repair the car but they would be closed by the time I could get back and then closed on the next day, Sunday. He offered to put me in a hotel, but missing work on Monday was not an option that week (my fault). He had me stop at an Auto Zone to run the code, we discussed it and eventually Frank called me personally from an event in Dayton to guarantee my safe trip home based on the code (air leak, idling lean). He told me to drive home and take the car to a shop on Tuesday. We agreed on an amount he would pay for the repair. I would not have made my trip home had he not done that. It was totally out of personal consideration on Frank's part. He even sent me an e-mail so I could have it in writing. I made the trip home without any issue, took the car in and faxed Century the quote. It was a little higher than franks estimate, but not by much. Then, completely on their own, without me call or asking, they sent me a check for double the original amount we agreed upon. I have no doubt that this car was thoroughly inspected. This issue was a small, hidden vacuum leak that, due to it's small size, only presented itself through an extended drive as confirmed by the mechanic. Issues like this are somewhat rare, but they do happen. Century Motors moves a lot of cars so it's bound to occur. Feel 100% confident that the entire staff at Century Motors will address your every concern. They could not have handled my needs any better. Completely Satisfied Customer More

Looked at a car in autotrader that seemed to be a good deal. Once I called they did everything in their power for me NOT to come look at the car but to finalize business, and have it shipped instead. deal. Once I called they did everything in their power for me NOT to come look at the car but to finalize business, and have it shipped instead. I flew over to Florida to look at the car first. The car was completely misinterpreted in the ad. The car was also misinterpreted in numerous phone calls with sales (Raphael Serrano), who told me the car was in perfect condition. The car had numerous mayor issues with the paint, and seemed to have been wrecked at some point, no paperwork or manuals, no tools or equipment, severe sun damage on plastic parts (This happens to a lot of Ferrari plastic parts when exposed to excessive heat), numerous leather issues in the interior (peeling, fading), engine light came on during test drive (OBDII code P0130). Well, the car was far from perfect or even good condition. My estimation is that the car needed about 10-20K worth of work to be even comparable to anything you would find in any Ferrari dealership. Don't buy from this guys. Don't even waste the time/money on a ticket to look at their cars. If you still don't believe me; just Google map the dealership and look at the satellite pictures. It's a run down xxx used car dealer in a bad area by Orlando. Bad business, and shady cars. Don't buy anything from these guys, but specially don't buy a high end vehicle (Ferrari, Mercedes, BMW). You will regret it later when you have to spend 10K fixing the xxx they sold you. More
I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone. I bought a 2003 lexus. Was promised numerous things that were part of the deal but never followed through with them. I had to call at least once or twice a we 2003 lexus. Was promised numerous things that were part of the deal but never followed through with them. I had to call at least once or twice a week and kept getting the run around. This went on for 2 months then finally I was told to screw off. If I could rate this dealer a ZERO I would but unfortunatley the rating guide doesn't go that low. More
I bought a Lexus ES300 and had a horrible experience. I made numours attempts to have Century Motors send my warranty paper work to the warranty company. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this company. I also agree that the warranty does not cover half of what they say it does. Very unethical business practices. Do not do business with this company!!!! Buyer beware More
I was sold a Saab that secretly needed over $2000 worth of work, was misquoted on the warranty, then told that I needed to pay MORE money for the correct warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not cove of work, was misquoted on the warranty, then told that I needed to pay MORE money for the correct warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not cover even half of what I was told it would cover. I have been continuously lied to, called names, and severly inconvenienced because these people do not follow-through with anything they state they will do. David, in particular, is very young and immature and should be an embarrassment to the establishment, overall.<br><br>Thank you! More
