I can't say enough good things about this dealer! I took my older Mustang in for service, they installed some accessories for me and performed an oil change as well. The heated seat on driver’s stopped working so I took my car to Ford for repair. I paid $380. and the next day I discovered the heated set wasn’t fixed. Now I am told that the seat cushion needs to be repl car to Ford for repair. I paid $380. and the next day I discovered the heated set wasn’t fixed. Now I am told that the seat cushion needs to be replaced and this includes labor and the cost of the material. I think this happened because the technician did not test the circuits while sitting on the seat. So, I plan to have further discussions about the total cost for further work before proceeding. How much money should I spend before knowing whether and when the heated seat will be fixed. I never have experienced a problem like this. This seems like I am a guaranteed loser this time. So, I can’t give a favorable rating at this time. More

Ford City has always given great service since I bought my car there. Of course you can't be perfect and we ran into an issue with service. I was disappointed this time on my visit. It seems I was forgotten about because of the amount of time it took. I had to go to the desk to check on the status.
