Champaign Ford City - Service Center

I had a “the works” service on my 2019 F350 pick-up truck. Fluids were suppose to be topped off, tires rotated and oil changed. I got almost home after my appointment and the light came on that my tire truck. Fluids were suppose to be topped off, tires rotated and oil changed. I got almost home after my appointment and the light came on that my tire pressure was low on both rear tires were below suggested pressure and front tires were over inflated and window washer fluid was low. I returned to the service center and all issues were corrected. The was not the first time it has happened at this dealership. More

Service staff were very courteous and respectful of my time on my visit for an oil change. The service person checked the engine air filter and checked with me if I would like it replaced because it was time on my visit for an oil change.
