I brought my car in for an oil change and nitrofill check. Service was prompt, and the car wash and buff was a nice extra touch. Price, friendliness and customer service were excellent. However, the quality of work needs to be looked at. I found the steering wheel dirty and I found oil on the mat and carpet in the front passenger sea However, the quality of work needs to be looked at. Oil change = excellent. Washing of Lincoln was done excellent. Manager said it would be vacuumed out as well. (I did not ask for it but was enthused that it would be done. We needed a key made for a car that we had bought from Ford City, but we had a meeting that we needed to attend and the key wouldn't be done in time for us to get to our meeting.
