They took time to keep me informed about the progress of the work, which took almost seven hours to complete. Everyone is always courteous and friendly and they explain everything they have done. The waiting area is very comfortable and includes a WiFi station and a fancy coffee maker. Appointments are easy to set up and a great feature is being able to bring your car in for scheduled maintenance without having to make an appointment. And they will wash your car for you. It's been seven years going to Ford City and I have no complaints. More
