Unexpected overheating I had a sudden overheating of my Malibu and since I was close to Champion Chevrolet so I drove there. I was immediately greeted by Patrick and explai I had a sudden overheating of my Malibu and since I was close to Champion Chevrolet so I drove there. I was immediately greeted by Patrick and explained what my problem was. He asked if I could wait a little bit to see if they could diagnose the problem. Within 30 minutes it was discovered the water pump had a small leak which caused the overheating when I turned the air on. Patrick asked if I wanted to be taken home, but I decided to stay. They had my car fixed with the next 1-1/2 to 2 hours with the water pump replaced under warranty with no cost to me. So in about 3 hours my car was completely repaired which I consider to very reasonable and exceptional. Special kudos to Patrick for being so caring and keeping me informed during the home process More

Great experience April 27, 2016 it was raining, storms were coming and my windshield wipers were toast. I pulled in to the service bay and Patrick and several others April 27, 2016 it was raining, storms were coming and my windshield wipers were toast. I pulled in to the service bay and Patrick and several others were immediately helpful. Since my old windshield wipers were after market replacements, it was not an easy fix. Patrick and several others, in addition to the parts department, were endlessly patient and worked until I had wonderful new wipers again. Thank you one more time! More
