I appreciate their honesty and integrity and has always been treated with the utmost respect. Patrick Briney was excellent from the first phone conversation we had. I called because one of warning lights were coming on. I called and spoke with Patrick explaining the problem as best as I could. He was very reassuring and asked me when I could bring the car in. We decided on the following day. When I arrived, the Service Department was very busy. Patrick acknowledged me and said he be with me soon. It made me feel welcomed that he too the time to acknowledge me. Little gestures such as that goes a long way. Long story short, it was an awesome experience. One other thing I appreciated was that Patrick came back to the waiting area several times to give me updates on the service to see if I needed anything. Wow--now that's customer service! I had to leave my car overnight, but Patrick put me in a loaner vehicle and my car was ready the next day. Repaired, washed and ready to go! Kudos to Patrick and the Champion Team! More

well taken care of. i pulled in and was immediately approached and ask what service needed and my answer was oil change.. the person who was in charge over that area came i pulled in and was immediately approached and ask what service needed and my answer was oil change.. the person who was in charge over that area came over and we filled out the paperwork and he took the car and completed the work. after the work was completed he came into the show room and informed me the work wasn't charge for the service. everyone there was very polite and smiling. Now this vehicle Your service department went up and beyond what was expected. My husband and I had to bring our vehicle in for unexpected service. Now this vehicle contains my husband's handicap ramp. Not only did you give us a vehicle to use while our vehicle was being repaired, but when you learned that he is on home hospice you even delivered the repaired vehicle to our home once you found out my husband was not feeling well enough for me to leave him to pick it up from you. Now that is EXCELLENT SERVICE. When I buy a vehicle I want to have a good follow-up when service is required, so I will have no trouble recommending your dealership to anyone I know who may be in the market for a purchase. More
