Poor Communication Low Integrity I waited a month to cool off before leaving this so I would be factual and objective. Made an appointment to test drive a Used Ford Flex. Showed up early and waited 25 cool off before leaving this so I would be factual and objective. Made an appointment to test drive a Used Ford Flex. Showed up early and waited 25 minutes to no avail. No other Salesmen offered to step in to at least let me drive it while the Salesman got caught up. I left and the followed up with a phone call, leaving a civil vm and planned to go back. I did inspect the car before I left and was confident this was the car I wanted. Proceeded to copy down the VIN, got pre-approved with my credit union and even got it insured planning for a quick sale. Went back with no appointment and got immediate help and test drove it. Despite the MAJOR suspension and steering issues with the car ( I have owned 3 of them prior and I know the car intimately) I explained that I definitely wanted it, provided proof of Insurance and pre-approval letter from my CU and we agreed that they would have THEIR mechanics inspect it and provide me with an estimate for the repairs. They said it would take 3 days to get it in. 4 days later I reached out and they advised me that it was still getting inspected and promised to call back. No call back next day as promised, and no calls back for 3 days. I follwed up with an email and 2 days later I get an email stating that another Salesman sold it. No courtesy call with an apology, just a dear John xx excuse email. I then checked their website and saw it was still for sale and watched for a few days and saw the price dropped. I called AGAIN and got put on hold for a while. I hung up, called back and the response was that they did not have a chance to take the listing down. Two days later POOF it was taken down. Epic failure on every level, total waste of my time and had I seen their feedback PRIOR to inquiring, I NEVER would have wasted my time. M. Hartwell More
