Service center is trouble. I have brought 3 new Jeeps and 1 used in the last 2 years.. Took Jeep wranger in for service and rotate tire suppose to get 2 free. When I got the jee I have brought 3 new Jeeps and 1 used in the last 2 years.. Took Jeep wranger in for service and rotate tire suppose to get 2 free. When I got the jeep back asked why the spare was not rotated to. Was told that was dum nobody wanted it rotated to and point to some cars there. I say I did. Then says rudely that he was charging 10.00 to rotate it. The dealer charge me 5.00. Had a bad spot in the seat was They took pictures and said they would call. NO call I called the 3 weeks later said it was approved and would be in September 9 would call. I called them the first of Oct. was told their computers were down and they would call me back. Again no call back I call the next day. I told the service manger that I was suppose to get a call back and didn't. His answer was it wasn't me was it. Then said he didn't have anything about it . Did I want to talk to their Digital big name for picture taker or part. I state I just wanted my jeep fixed. He hung up. I got right in my car and went to the dealership. And talked to one of the salesman he went to the back and came back with the part and wanted to know if I wanted to wait for them to instill it. About a week later I put 35" tire on the jeep. I called the service center again to get the speedometer calculated. Was told they have not been able to do that sense 2016. I would have to get a after market produce to do it. After looking at forums customers were getting them done. I called their main dealership in another city. The service manger there said her was going to be at the Decatur dealership the next day. He did fix it for me. But now I do not feel like I can use their service so why would I buy our next car from them More
