When it came in the interior was the wrong color. We could live with that so we went ahead with the deal. Then we were told we had to pay for $2313 worth of dealer add-ons. We did not want any of those but were told if we wanted the truck we had to take them. After waiting for 5 months we went ahead and purchased the truck. Next time we are looking for a vehicle we will not be doing business with Chapman. It is so disappointing to have to pay for something you do not want or need. We were told that it would help make our insurance cheaper but our insurer said it was based on the VIN number not add-ons. More
