I’m only leaving a review in hopes that the emails and text messages will stop from this dealership. I was clear that I was from out of town yet they still wanted to upsell me on services and even offered text messages will stop from this dealership. I was clear that I was from out of town yet they still wanted to upsell me on services and even offered to give me the current trade in value of my car in case I wanted to trade it in… it’s a 2024 and only has 16K miles on it; pretty sure I’d like to keep it for awhile. I've been shopping for a truck and on two separate occasions I noted a great deal on a truck only to be told it just sold. CHARGING $261. 50 FOR A QUIK LUBE IS WAY HIGHER THAN LAST YEAR, PRICE GAUGING. LAST YEAR WAS $200 WHICH IS STILL QUITE HIGH CONSIDERING THAT YOU SENT ME A COUPON A 50 FOR A QUIK LUBE IS WAY HIGHER THAN LAST YEAR, PRICE GAUGING. LAST YEAR WAS $200 WHICH IS STILL QUITE HIGH CONSIDERING THAT YOU SENT ME A COUPON AROUND SEP/OCT 24 FOR $158.99 FOR THE SAME SERVICE. YOU DID SEE THE ERROR OF YOUR WAYS SO YOU GAVE ME BACK $37.50 ON 1/31/25 MAKING IT $224 FOR THE QUIK LUBE BUT THAT IS 10% HIGHER THAN THE PREVIOUS YEAR OF $200 WHEN INFLATION ACCORDING TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE IN 3% THIS LAST YEAR. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN $206 IMO. ALSO YOU ARE USING MOBIL 1 SUPER CAR SYNTHETIC OIL INSTEAD OF THE DEXOS2."Please note: GM dexos2 has been replaced by GM dexosD for light-duty diesel engines and GM dexosR for gasoline engines.
