Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale

Everyone has heard the jewelry commercial that says, "He went to Jared," but when it comes to car dealerships, I am going to say, "I bought it at Chapman!" We purchased a 2005 Mazda3 Hatchback - a car I ha went to Jared," but when it comes to car dealerships, I am going to say, "I bought it at Chapman!" We purchased a 2005 Mazda3 Hatchback - a car I had been dreaming of for over a year - on 1/31/2010. On 2/14/2010 the weather was warm enough that I turned on the a/c for the first time. No cold air. I immediately called Chapman and spoke with the General Sales Manager, Russ Tilton, who said to bring it in and they would take care of it. The next morning I took the car in and was treated like a valuable customer by Russ and by the Service Manager, Keith Gallaway. The compressor was broken and Chapman put a new one in at no charge. I am so impressed with the people and service at Chapman I will recommend them to everyone! If only all dealers were this good - Chapman is an example for them all to follow. More
