Completely helpful sales staff, friendly without being gushy, knowledgeable and thorough but no pressuring or rushing. Also did not pester between visits to dealership. Able to get the price I was willing to pay for vehicle available same day.

My Review of Charles Barker Nissan:
Very pleasant and professional experience. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Charles Barker Nissan and Sidney Colon (sales) was a real pro during both. No heavy pressure tactics, lots of info and very responsive to our changing schedules. The first vehicle purchased in Dec 2011, had a significant service requirement in the first 5 weeks, the problem was immediately identified, fixed under warranty, with no fuss, without a scheduled appointment, super. Nice waiting area and appreciated the complementary drinks for customers. Overall a great experience.

My Review of Charles Barker Nissan:
My past and present experiences with Charles Barker Nissan Service Dept. were very unpleasant and unprofessional when dealing with the service writer specifically. It is apparent to me that the service dept. has a lack of professionalism and concerns about the customer. My experience that I lived through in late March of 2012 with the service writer was atrocious. I brought to his attention an issue with the paint on my roof of a 2007 Nissan Frontier. It is not a "Huge" issue, but I believe that the paint should not be peeling off to reveal bare metal in such a short amount of time after purchase. The service writer became frustrated immediately and shrugging his shoulders and stated " It must have been my fault" and was not willing to help me in any way shape or form or assist me in presenting the issue to the appropriate individuals to rectify the situation.

My Review of Charles Barker Nissan:
Jay saw smooth and professional in her knowledge, and service to helping me find the right vehicle. I can truly saw that all of the sale people were very helpful in getting the job done, and making sure we got what we were looking for in a great car!!!

I would/will my friends about the wonderful job "Charles Barker", and your sale personal did for us. I actually came to your dealership looking for one car, and ended up finding a totally different vehicle. Jay, told us that car dealerships are totally changing the way the sales people are doing their jobs these days, and I could see the difference.

All I can say is, keep up the great work, Jay, and all your sales/service reps.

I had a wonderful 1st time car buying experience with Jewonda! I just bought a new 2011 Nissan Maxima and she answered all my questions truthfully and I never felt pressured. She is a very honest and caring person to work with and if I ever buy a car again, I know where and who i'm buying from. She has a great sense of ethics and does what it takes to ensure her customers are SATISFIED. Jewonda is very knowledgeable and knows everything there is to know about nissan. It's always good to to work with someone who knows what they're talking about. Thank you Jewonda for the excellent customer service you gave me, the best in Virginia Beach!
