I couldn't be more pleased with this car buying experience. I am nine months pregnant and my husband and I were looking for a pre-owned, safe, affordable vehicle. We ended up finding the car we wanted - a 2011 Kia Soul - but the price was a bit higher than we were comfortable spending. Unfortunately this dealership is over an hour away and we didn't want to risk being so far away from my doctor unless we were definitely purchasing. I was able to do everything, from asking questions to negotiating the price, via email. In a matter of two days, we were driving to Augusta to test drive the vehicle, sign the paperwork, and take our new Soul home. Including the time it took to test drive, we were in and out in just under 50 minutes even though they were extremely busy that morning. The experience is exactly what we hoped it would be and we will be looking to buy from Charlie's Kia again for our next vehicle before we go anywhere else. More

I did not go in to this dealership ready to buy a vehicle. I was not interested in a Kia at all. I have a Chevy Equinox that I LOVE But was interested in something a little more gas friendly since I vehicle. I was not interested in a Kia at all. But I LOVED my SUV, so I figured I wouldnt find anything comparable. But I saw a Kia Optima online that caught my eye. So I thought I would see about test driving it. I was immediately greeted with a hello and a smile, even though they were busy. I was okay with waiting since they were immediately so friendly. They had no problem with me test driving the Optima that I had shown interest in. I took it out for a drive and my 11 year old and I knew immediately we wanted that car. But of course I wouldn't let the salesmen know that. I decided on the spot I wanted that car. The process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing this new one was SO simple. There was no problems, no questions, no anything. They were easy to work with, the process went smooth, and very quickly. My 11 year old even mentioned that he didn't even have a chance to get bored because it was so easy. About 45 minutes later, I walked out with a new vehicle, a new warranty and a smile on my face. I am never spontaneous like that, I am so glad I decided to be that one time. I love my Kia Optima and I know it was a good decision. Great dealership to work with and a great salesmen! More

I called last week and spoke to Gary who was very pleasant and helpful and I made an appointment to see him that Saturday. When I got there he had the car outside warmed up and waiting for me. After the test drive, I was introduced to the sales manager Mark. He gave they the prices directly. I liked not having that middleman. After we agreed on the price I finished all my paper with Lance, who took his time and explained everything to me. I couldn't be more happy with my new Kia and the service I received.
