Rude! Dishonest! Condescending! I spent time over the internet speaking with Amy concerning a 2011 Altima Hybrid until I was quoted a price of $22,159, $4900 under invoice($27,059). Amy told me that Cherry Hill Nissan is not dishonest like Woodbury Nissan and told me to ask for Sam. So I decided to go in to get my 2010 Dodge Ram appraised, but made it clear that I was not going below KBB $29000 and NADA $30,350 both Clean trades. So I spent gas and tolls going to Cherry Hill Nissan. When I got there I asked for Sam the sales manager. Sam greeted me in the empty showroom briefly then introduced me to a salesman, whose name I can not remember...oh Ed. Sam told me the price was good on Altima and that Ed would get my truck appraised. So I gave Ed the owners card/keys and he went to have truck appraised. After about 15 minutes Sam came over to where I was sitting and told me "you know what the answer is going to be. I can offer only $25000 for your truck." I looked at him like he was crazy. He began to explain that he was looking at auction pricing. I told him your not sending a 2010 Dodge Ram with 6450 miles to an auction. He told my NADA price was just $30,000 retail, without realizing I had a printed NADA pricing for my truck dated 3/10/2011 in front of me. I showed Sam the NADA paper who rudely snapped "I don't care what you have written on that paper!!! and ran to get his NADA book. Sam stood near the managers desk and flipped through the NADA book with the appraiser to get his LIE straight. He finally came back over and tried to lecture me on information I had printed in front of me. He began to babble horse dong when he knew he was caught in a LIE. What Sam tried to do was what I call a "Take Back" maneuver by giving a legitimate sale price of $4900 under invoice for the Altima Hybrids which are not selling that well compared to other better Hybrids; and on trade they take back $5000 they gave on the sale price. If I did not have the trade I would have never gotten that price, they would have loaded the price with dealer installed options or try to sell unneeded service contracts in an attempt to Take Back as much of the $4000 customer cash as possible. Well Sam went on babbling about a $7000 down payment and $5.00 gas prices. When he finally realized I wasn't paying him any mind...he thanked my for coming in and I left. I wish I would have read the reviews for Cherry Hill Nissan before going in. I would have avoided them. More
They are the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with. They told me one number then changed the sale price at the very last minute as I was signing the paper work. I took my brother with me and he said it was very clear what the deal was. I have purchased at least 10 new cars in my life. I have never been treated so bad and so disrespected by any dealership. I recommend NOT buying a vehichle from this dealer. I am glad I found out how they do business before I purchased. More
I have mixed feelings about these guys. I bought my 2007 Altima from them back in 2007. Brand new car and got a good deal. However, since then it has been up and down with the service team. I got a heat shield recall from Nissan and brought it in to Cherry Hill Nissan. They fixed it. But two days later it started making the rattling noise. So the next time I went in for an oil change, I complained about the heat shield rattling and they said they would take a look. So they said they fixed it. And again, rattle noise. I then got a passenger seat air bag recall - so I bring the car in, and tell them, by the way, the heat shield is still rattling. They say no problem - both issues fixed. Well, now few months later, every time a passenger sits in the front seat, the front side passenger air bag is off sign comes on and stays on for a good 5 - 10 mins. It shuts off and comes on and off. And yes, the rattling noise is louder then ever. They were helpful with free car rentals, rides to work, and very friendly. More
i went to cherry hill nissan to look for a deal on an 08 Altima. The dealers i was talking to were friendly and helpful at first and did not seem to be pushing me toward anything i didnt show interest in. Altima. When they gave me the price it was a really good deal, until i came back to buy the car. i asked multiple times if the number they gave me was correct because it was so good. They said it was so i said 'ok'. They went to put the papers together and break down how much the car was in detail and came back saying a mistake was made. They claimed someone made a mistake and the payments for 60 months would actually be 100 dollars more instead of what they told me at first. i said 'no way' and they said i could lease for less than the original offer....i went to toyota and had a much better experience. went to look at cars, sales assoc swindled my boyfriend and I into purchasing a car together. we test drove, a service light was on in the dash. they told us they'd look at it before we drove it home. li and I into purchasing a car together. we test drove, a service light was on in the dash. they told us they'd look at it before we drove it home. light came on the following morning. went to drive back to dealership and the car died 2 miles from our home. they offered to let us purchase a different vehicle after it was towed to their dealership. was unsatisfied with the selection of alternates and was unable to back out of sale because of the purchasing contract. i ended up with a kia. the tranmission later had to be replaced, and then some months after that driving down NJ TP a rod shot though the engine and oil pan my car seized on the highway and I was nearly killed. we were going to sue the dealership, but couldn't afford the legal costs at the time. overall i would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking at cars. During a Nissan recall, I sent a car for change of engine.. I was told by the Nissan Dealer that it was a free rental car from Enterprise Car Rental. The car was in the workshop for nine days. After engine.. I was told by the Nissan Dealer that it was a free rental car from Enterprise Car Rental. The car was in the workshop for nine days. After I went to pick up the car Enterprise charged me $241 for use of rental car. NIssan Cherryhiil claimed they repaired within one day and called me once to pick up the car. I only received the the call nine days later. I asked them why they did not bother to call me again but waited another nine days to call me again. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. More

If they left the survey open for the customer to fill it out, they'd be in some deep doo-doo! Trust me, much better deals and a much better experience are somewhere else. More
